Requirements


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Scandinavian cuisine and gained a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head/Sous Chef in a commercial restaurant environment.


You will have a desire to run your own restaurant/business, be naturally organised, flexible and able to multi-task, lead a team and work well under pressure. You must be up to date and aware of current hygiene and H&S Legislation.

Overall purpose of the job


The company is growing and evolving and needs a head chef with a keen interest in Scandinavian food and culture and who is willing to be part of driving the business forward. We are involved in a number of Scandinavian events throughout the year providing catering, alongside the daily running of the restaurant. Both areas of the business require dedication, precision and expert execution simultaneously

 

Specific responsibilities


The Chef/business partner will be responsible for the smooth running and management of the business and will be responsible for producing the main meals of the day.

We are looking for an exemplary chef who is always striving to refine and improve dishes, menus and systems.
